These policies are in addition to Chanticleer Gardens general Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions") governing the Site and are to be read in conjunction with those Terms and Conditions.

Like many web site operators, Chanticleer Gardens monitors usage activity. Chanticleer Gardens uses standard web applications to measure and analyse the internet usage across the Site. Chanticleer Gardens occassionally also uses tracking cookies to collect the following core information on the usage of the Site:

Chanticleer Gardens will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to personal information.

Under the Privacy Act, you have a right to seek access to information which Chanticleer Gardens holds about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct information about you which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, or to remove it altogether. Information contained on the database may be amended by contacting us, in writing, via our info@chanticleergardens address, using subject line "Change/Removal of Details". In the same way, a request may be made to delete personal information and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons. In both cases, we will endeavour to respond to your request within 21 days.
